Terms & Conditions

Reservations:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a Credit Card before confirmation can be made.  We do require a deposit equal to one night’s stay at the time of making a reservation.  The balance is due at check-in.  We accept all major Credit Cards.  We do not accept checks.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-In time is 3:00PM and Check-Out time is 10:00AM.  We will do our best to accommodate guest’s needs outside of these times if we are able.  Sunset Farm Cabins reserves the right to charge guest’s that depart after 10:00AM without prior approval a ½ night’s charge.

Cancellations or Early Departure Policy:

    • All cancellations do incur a $25.00 fee.
    • Cancellations received between 7 – 30 days prior to reservation will be charged a fee of one night’s stay. 
    • For cancellations made within 7 days of reservation the full amount will be charged.
    • We are unable to refund or make concessions for delayed arrivals or early departures.
    • We cannot modify a reservation within 30 days of your check-in date

Cleaning Fee:

There is a flat rate of $90 for the cleaning fee per stay. The only thing we ask our guests to do is wash their dishes or put them in the dishwasher and run it. Sunset Farm Cabins reserves the right to charge guests for damages. 

Charges for any damaged linens or towels do not confer ownership and SFC will retain ownership of these items to be recycled as the business sees fit.   All cabins are professionally cleaned after each departure by our staff so guests can rest assure that cleanliness is a main priority for complete guest satisfaction.

Pets:

We do have a $10 per night fee per pet fee and a limit the maximum to 2 pets per cabin. We do not discriminate based on breed or size. 

  • Pets must be kept on leashes when on our grounds out side of the cabins and 

  • Pets must be crated when left alone in the cabin. 

  • Owners must pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly. 

  • Cabin linens may not be used for pets - this includes towels and bedding. You must bring your own towels and bedding for your pet.

  • Pets are not allowed in or on the beds nor are they allowed on the furniture.  

  • Owners take full financial responsibility for any damages that may occur during their stay, including, but not limited to:

  1. Stains on carpets from pets = $50

  2. Pet hair on furniture or beds = $25 each occurance

  3. Damaged towels = $10 pet towel

  4. Damaged linens = $50 per linen queen set, $70 per king set

  5. Damaged comforters or quilts = $60 per queen, $80 for king

  6. Damaged items, floors, exteriors, or interiors = Cost of replacement and time involved

Smoking Policy and Drug Use:

Our cabins are all smoke free. We provide ash trays for you to smoke on the deck.  If smoking is detected within any cabin guests will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. Drug use will not be tolerated and we maintain a zero tolerance policy. If drug use is detected in any of the cabins or drug paraphernalia is found, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged and police will be notified.

Facilities:

Our onsite facilities include badminton, horseshoes, campfires, and more for all guests to use during their stay.  All guests use these facilities at their own risk and cannot hold Sunset Farm Cabins liable for accidents.  Common areas close at 9 pm.
